I’m going to do my meal plan a bit differently this week. I’m not going to attach a certain meal to a certain day (because that didn’t work last week) – I’m going to tell you the meals that I’m planning on cooking in the next week-or-so. I have my grocery list all ready and I’m going after work.
Balsamic Pot Roast with Onions and Carrots with Twice Baked Cauliflour
Chicago-style Italian Beef Hoagies with Roasted Red Potatoes and a Salad
Chicken Fajitas with Spanish Rice (this is quick, so we may have it Tuesday night – soccer night)
Grilled Steaks with Baked Potatoes and a Salad (probably for Friday night)
Hickory Grilled Chicken topped with Melted Cheese and Bacon served with Broccoli and Crusty Bread
Chicken Piccata over Angel Hair Pasta with Roasted Asparagus
Ham Strudels with Roasted Vegetable Soup (a puré of roasted vegetables and whatever broth I have handy)
