The photo is a bit blurry, but look at what we did yesterday on our day off. Abby is so excited. I cut the fabric and interfaced it with a soft fleece/felt and sewed the trim at the top… then Miss Abby used a basic blanket stitch to sew up the sides! Well, I should say that her attention span only allowed her to stitch up one of them, but she DID pick out all of the fabric/trim combinations – and I must say that I think they turned out wonderful! So, if you get one of these eyeglass cases for Christmas this year, act surprised. Abby already has picked out who is getting which case!
We’re also going to make some coordinating items, but this is all we’ve done so far.
